Join us for Class & A Glass at Urbanrest Brewing Company with Autumn, E-RYT 200, from All Seasons Yoga & Fitness. The event costs $15 and will include a one hour yoga class, a beer or kombucha, and a lovely space to socialize! The yoga class will be flow style and is open to all levels. We will flow through poses, focus on our breath, and end feeling refreshed. Please bring your own yoga mat and arrive a few minutes early to sign in. Pre-registration not required. Must be 21+ to attend.
