All Seasons Yoga & Fitness offers a variety of yoga and fitness classes online and in-person around the Metro Detroit area. We're mobile so we bring the classes to you. Think of places you already hang out - breweries, wineries, coffee shops, libraries, parks, your living room, your corporate office - and then add yoga and fitness! We want you to feel at hOMe.

 

We strive to remove intimidation from the practice and want everyone to leave feeling better than when they started, so come as you are. Our goal is to help others keep their bodies active and healthy through safe, effective, and affordable classes.   

 

We all deserve time to check out from the day and check in with ourselves... so we'll meet you on your mat. 

  •  For outdoor classes, pay online or in person. Check in when you arrive.

  • For online classes, book a class up to 30 days in advance and the zoom link will automatically be emailed to you.

  • For events, scroll down to our events section for more information.

  • For corporate classes, individual requests, or business partnerships, send us a message.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Hi, I'm Autumn W. I have an E-RYT 200 Yoga Certification (which stands for Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with 200 hours of training and well over 1,000 hours of teaching) through Yoga Alliance and a Group Fitness Instructor Certification through American Council on Exercise (ACE). I have been teaching since 2015 and have been practicing for much longer. I've found so many benefits from my yoga and fitness practice and I hope you find the same, wherever you are on your journey. I believe in creating a safe space for all bodies to practice and I look forward to seeing you in class. Let's find some peace of mind and release some endorphins together.

The Legal Stuff...

When you participate in our classes or events of any kind (online and/or in-person) referred to as "Activities" offered by the "Instructor", you agree to the following: 

  • You understand it is your responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participation.

  • You are aware of your limitations and will stop or modify your participation in any Activity before becoming injured or aggravating a pre-existing injury. 

  • You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of participating in the Activities, including those which may result from the negligence of the Instructor. 

  • You knowingly and voluntarily waive any claim you may have or any claim anyone may have on your behalf against the Instructor that you may sustain as a result of participating in the Activities.

  • You, your heirs, or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue for any claim.

  • You understand and consent to the fact that the Instructor or Company may photograph, video, or record Activities and use such photos or videos on their website or social media platform.
